摘要
以高纯ZrB2粉末和ZrOCl2为原料,应用沉淀法制备了ZrO2包覆ZrB2复合粉体,并通过放电等离子烧结技术(SPS)得到高致密度的ZrB2/ZrO2复合材料。采用TEM、SEM、XRD对粉体及其烧结体进行测试,并对纯ZrB2粉体与包覆式复合粉体的烧结行为进行分析。研究结果表眀:利用沉淀法可以形成包裹结构;包覆式复合粉体的烧结性能大大优于纯ZrB2粉体,在1950℃的烧结温度下,保温10min,得到相对致密度97.8%的ZrB2/ZrO2复合材料。
ZrB2/ZrO2 composite powder was prepared by the precipitate method, using high purity ZrB2 powder and ZrOCl2 as raw materials. And ZrB2/ZrO2 composite ceramic was prepared by spark plasma sintering. The microstructure and phase of powder and sintered samples were determined by TEM, SEM, XRD. The sintering behavior of the ZrB2/ZrO2 powder was discussed. The results show that the ZrB2- coated ZrO2 powder is obtained by the precipitate method;and the sintering property of the ZrB2/ZrO2 composite powder is more excellent than that of the high purity ZrB2 powder;the relative density achieves up to 97.8% by SPS at 1950℃ for 10 min.
