摘要
以逐级驯化的白地霉为特定微生物,进行了玉米酒精醪液处理的同时积累菌体蛋白(SCP)的研究,并通过小试对其工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,在接种量为15%(体积分数)、温度为25℃、起始pH为5、处理时间为4d、硫酸铵(氮源)投加量为0.30g/L的条件下,玉米酒精醪液COD去除率可达83.58%,同时回收白地霉SCP62.03g/L。该方法既可去除玉米酒精醪液中的有机污染物,又能回收一定量的SCP,可作为酒精废水资源化和一级生化处理的工艺。
A strain of acclimated Geotrichum candidum was employed for lab scale batch treatment of a corn alcohol wastewater (COD=26 000 mg/L) and to produce single cell protein (SCP). A high COD removal rate of 83.58% and a high albumen yield of 62.03 g/L were achieved by treatment at.. inoculation dose=15% ,temperature=25 ℃, pH = 5, treatment time= 4 d. The treatment removed most organic wastewater constituents and produced valuable SCP in a single step; therefore, it is an attractive process for pretreatment of high strength organic wastewaters.
