摘要
在一体式平板厌氧膜生物反应器处理酒厂废水的试验中,研究了污染物的去除效果和平板膜组件的运行、污染情况。试验结果表明,COD容积负荷为3~7kg/(m3.d)、水力停留时间(HRT)为16h时,平均COD去除率达94.2%;在膜通量为4.6L/(m2.h)、上升流速为2.5m/h的条件下,平板膜组件能够连续运行18~20d;在该试验中临界通量和临界上升流速分别为10~15L/(m2.h)和5.0m/h,平板膜组件应该在这两个临界值之下运行。膜过滤阻力分析测试结果表明,泥饼层阻力是总阻力的最大组成部分。
A lab scale upflow flat-sheet membrane (100 ku) coupled anaerobic bioreactor (MCAB) was employed for treatment of a high-strength brewery wastewater (COD= 1 653-7 651 rag/L). The membrane fouling and its effects on treatment performance were investigated. Operating at an uplow velocity of 2. 5 m/h (flux = 4. 6 L/(m^2·h)), the MCAB treatment performance was good and steady for 18 to 20 days, achieving an average COD removal of 94.2% at an COD loading of 3-7 kg/(ms·d) and a HRT of 16 h. To prevent a rapid increase in pressure drop across the membrane, the MCAB should be operated below the critical flux of 10-15 L/(m^2 · h) (upflow velocity 5.0 m/h). Periodic membrane cleaning (with 0.5% NaC10 followed by 1% HC1) was practiced to control the cake layer resistance which was the largest component of the overall membrane resistance.
