摘要
通过两种或三种材料结合鞣产生协同效应(Synergistic Effect)是提高皮胶原蛋白热稳定性的重要途径。已研究的结果间接证明了产生协同效应的原因是两种鞣制在皮胶原纤维间构成了一种刚性模块(Rigid Matrix)。这种Rigid Matrix结构稳定且耐热性好,由此阻止了胶原分子在受热时的构型及构象的转变。为了明确RigidMatrix的作用机理,试验研究了氧化乳糖与3种金属盐的配位性能以及与皮粉的作用特性。根据元素分析测得配合物发生反应的摩尔配合比接近1∶1,利用FT-IR光谱证明氧化乳糖与金属盐溶液确实发生了反应,由13CNMR图谱可以知道具体发生反应的C位。对Rigid Matrices与皮粉的作用特性进行差示扫描量热分析,得到Rigid Ma-trix最佳组合。
The Synergistic Effect can improve the shrinkage temperature by the combination tannage of two or three materials with the tanning property.It has been proved that there exists Rigid Matrix between tanning materials and raw collagen.The Rigid Matrix has excellent resistance to heat which can prevent the collagen molecules from phase conversion when collagenheated.For further understaning the action mechanism,the properties of compounds of the oxidized lactose and metal salts were been researched.The reaction molar ratio can be confirmed by elemental analyse and it was 1∶1.The FT-IR improved that there existed reaction between the metal salts and oxidized lactose and according to 13CNMR spectrum the complex position can be obtained.At last the reaction process was got.The reaction properties can be analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry between Rigid Matrices and hide powder.
