Blending Reaction and Properties of PVC Chlorinated In-situ Grafted with HEA and Polymers Containing MAH

摘要 采用氯化原位接枝法制备CPVC-g-HEA与CPE-g-MAH,高温共混后得到CPVC-g-HEA/CPE-g-MAH共混物。研究发现:与CPVC/CPE共混物比较,CPVC-g-HEA/PE-g-MAH共混物由于大分子间发生了反应,产生了新的化学键,使性能有较大的变化。初步探讨了这一新聚合物体系的共混过程;以反应共混物的应力-应变曲线、维卡软化温度等表征了材料的物理力学性能;以扫描电镜(SEM)考察了共混体系的形态结构。 The CPVC-g-HEA/CPE-g-MAH blend was obtained at high temperature by CPVC-g-HEA and CPE-g-MAH polymers which were prepared by chlorinated in-situ graft method. The study results showed that the properties of CPVC-g-HEA/CPE-g-MAH blend had great change compared with CPVC/CPE blend, because reaction happened and made new chemical bonds between the polymer molecules. The blending process of the new polymer system was shortly discussed. The mechanical properties of materials were characterized by the strain-stress curves and vicat soften temperature. The configuration structure of blending system was investigated by SEM.
