摘要
以位置方程及其奇异性条件为基础,分析了五杆机构工作空间的边界特征及其演化规律。首先建立五杆机构的位置方程及其奇异性条件,然后求解该方程得出了工作空间的一般特征,最后分析了五杆机构工作空间的类型、特征及其随结构参数变化时的转变条件。分析结果对五杆机构的尺度综合具有重要意义,其分析方法对其它机构也普遍适用。
By using the displacement equation and its singularity condition, the workspace boundary and its change rule of the plane five-bar linkage was analyzes. Firstly, the displacement equation and singular condition was derived. Then the basic character of the workspace boundary was discussed. Finally, the change rule of the workspace boundary was presented. The research conclusions are of real signifficance in the synthesis of planar five-bar linkage.
