神经生长因子及其在眼科领域的应用 被引量:2

摘要 神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)是神经经营养因子的一种。广泛存在于神经组织和周围靶组织,在神经系统的发生、发育和损伤修复过程中起着重要作用,可促进神经细胞的存活增殖、分化及功能表达。本文就NGF的生物学特性、眼组织中表达及对眼病的影响进行综述。
