摘要
目的观察复方参乌胶囊对大鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的干预作用。方法健康SD大鼠分为6月龄组、24月龄组、24月龄加参乌胶囊小剂量组和24月龄加参乌胶囊大剂量组。用药组大鼠分别给予参乌胶囊0.8g/kg和1.6g/kg,连续灌胃3个月后,将动物处死,取其背部正中皮肤,脱毛并去除皮下结缔组织后制备10%的皮肤匀浆。分别用生化法测定大鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸、SOD和GSH的含量。结果6月龄和24月龄大鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸的含量无明显差别,参乌胶囊可明显提高老年大鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸的含量(P<0.05)。6月龄大鼠皮肤中总SOD活力明显高于24月龄大鼠(P<0.05),参乌胶囊小剂量组较24月龄大鼠皮肤的总SOD活力明显升高(P<0.05)。6月龄和24月龄大鼠皮肤中GSH的含量无明显变化,但参乌胶囊大剂量能明显提高大鼠皮肤中GSH的含量(P<0.05)。结论参乌胶囊能够明显提高老年大鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量、总SOD活力和GSH含量,具有抗皮肤老化作用。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of complex prescription capsule of Shenwu on hydroxyproline content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, reduced glutathione hormone (GSH) content in skin of the rats. Methods The healthy SD rats were divided into 6, 24 months groups and 24 months plus i. g. Shenwu capsule at low (0. 8 g/kg) and high ( 1.6 g/kg) dosage groups. 3 months later, the rats were killed by decapitation to obtain the depilated skin without subcutaneous connective tissue in the middle of back to prepare 10% skin homogenate to detect the contents of hydroxyproline, SOD and GSH in the skin of the rats. Results There was no difference in hydroxyproline and GSH contents between 6 and 24 months. But SOD activity in 6 months group was significantly higher than that in 24 months group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and that in low dosage of Shenwu group was significantly higher than that in 24 months group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Shenwu capsule obviously the contents of hydroxyproline ( P 〈 0. 05), and high dosage of Shenwu capsule significantly enhanced GSH contents in skin (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Shenwu capsule could obviously enhance the contents of hydroxyproline and GSH, total SOD activity, which could play the antiaging role in skin.
