摘要
采用过冷形核与扩散控制生长模型,对凝固时球墨铸铁显微组织的形成过程进行了模拟。比较了瞬时形核和连续形核两种形核模型,并讨论了工艺参数对形核和石墨/奥氏体共晶生长的影响。
Simulation of the microstructural formation of nodular cast iron during solidification was carriedout by undercooling nucleation and diffusion controlled growth models.Both models of instantaneous and continuous nucleation were compared.Analysis of the effects of techno- logical parameters on nucleation and eutectic growth of graphite/aus- tenite are also presented.
