摘要 本文针对某型防空导弹电源故障现象复杂、维修不便的现状,在分析防空导弹电源工作原理及其故障现象和规律的基础上,采用虚拟仪器技术,以PXI总线为平台,结合部队使用的要求,设计了防空导弹电源自动测试系统,对防空导弹电源自动测试,并对其技术参数、控制功能进行检测。本文介绍了系统的主要设计思想,给出了硬件结构与软件流程。该系统已经投入使用,并取得了良好效果。 Aiming at the situation of complicated power failure and inconvenient maintenance of current aerial defense missile power supply, By using virtual instrument technology a PXI-based automated test system (ATS) for power supply system of the aerial defense missile device which can meet the requirements of practical use in army is proposed to fulfill the auto measurement for aerial defense missile power and to detect it's technique parameters and controlling function. The main design idea is introduced and the hardware as well as the software structure is presented. The system has been brought into use and proved to be effective.
