摘要 本文主要综述了近几年中有关M细胞的文献报道,阐述了M细胞的基本功能,M细胞具有摄取转运药物和抗原微粒以及抗原递呈的功能。同时,综述了近几年M细胞在药剂学方面的利用,一些微粒给药系统通过凝集素修饰以后,通过M细胞转运提高口服生物利用度。M细胞已经作为口服剂型设计的靶细胞在药剂学中已经得到广泛的研究。 This Paper reviewed literatures about M- cell proximal several years and expounded the function of M -7 cell. M -celI can uptake and transport drug moleculesand transmit antigen. At the same time. the contribution to pharmaceutics of M- cell is reviewed. After some microparticle drug delivery systems were modified, they can be transported by M - cell to enhance the bioavailability. So. M- cell has been a target cell for oral formulation to be investigated widely in pharmaceutical field.
