摘要
借鉴西方物业管理的成功经验,结合我国物业管理的基本现状,对物业费在物业管理中的位置进行了重新定位,阐述了物业管理中人性化和信用体制的建立,论述了建立经营型物业管理模式的可行性及其主要内容。
Combined with the status quo of the estate managing fee management in China as well as the successful experiences in Western estate management, it has a re-orientation of estate managing fee in real-estate management, and illustrates the establishment of humanity and credit system in estate management, and tells forward the feasibility and main content about establishment of operating-style estate managing mode.
