摘要
随着中小企业海外投资的发展,无论是发达国家还是发展中国家都采取各种法律措施保护和促进中小企业对外投资。我国的中小企业海外投资立法体系才刚刚起步,存在许多问题,发达国家在这方面给我们提供了丰富的经验。我们需要学习国外的先进经验,建立和完善我国中小企业海外投资的国内法律制度,促进中小企业对海投资的发展,使其在国民经济发展中发挥更大的作用。
With the development of status and function of small and medium-sized enterprises investing overseas in the world, developed countries or developing countries constantly adopt positive policies and legal measures to protect and foster development of small and medium-sized enterprises investing overseas. At present, the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises investing overseas legislation has just taken step in China, there are many imperfect investing overseas system parts and problems. Developed countries have some successful examples in respect of of small and medium-size enterprises, which provides enough experiences for us. We need strengthen and perfect the legislati on of small and medium-sized enterprises investing overseas in China by learning the experiences in other countries. Then small and medium-sized enterprises will invest overseas increasingly and play a more important role international economy of China.
