摘要
根据质量、能量的基本方程,建立了单热源枝状蒸汽供热管网的数学模型;针对枝状管网结构,着重分析了各管段的管径规格和保温层厚度对系统投资和运行热损费用的影响;应用整数规划和动态规划的方法以及分枝定界的思想,提出了以管网投资、运行费用为目标函数,满足用户参数要求及遵循蒸汽流动规律的约束条件,从而建立了优化数学模型。在此基础上,开发了管网优化设计软件。根据确定的管网结构布置方案,可求得多个按系统经济性优劣排序的可行方案,以供设计选用。实例设计表明,优化设计方案较常规设计方案不仅节省投资与运行费用,而且提高设计效率,具有较好的应用前景。
On continuity equation and energy equation basis, mathematic model of single-heat-source and tree-shaped steam heat-supply network was established. Aiming at the certain structure of steam heat-supply network, impact of pipe diameter and insulation layer thickness on system investment and operating expense was analyzed emphatically. By integer and dynamic programming, objective function consisting of network system investment and operating expense was put forward, constrained condition including steam uses' pressure and temperature demand and abiding by steam flowing law, and, the mathematic optimization model of the network was established. The corresponding optimization design software was developed. According to configuration of a certain network, the software could figure out several schemes listing by the value of objective function offering as reference to engineering. The optimization result was analyzed and compared with conventional design by an actual instance.
