摘要
借助CP-3中试生产线试验平台,利用现有三釜流程连续聚合工艺技术,通过PTT工业化试生产,探讨影响合成的工艺因素。结果表明:以钛系催化剂作为催化剂,原料物质的量比1.70~1.90,酯化温度250~260℃、缩聚温度250~265℃,真空度29.33~34.66kPa的条件下,用三釜流程国产化生产线工业化连续生产PTT是可行的。
The process factors affecting synthesis of PTF were studied through pilot industrial production in CP - 3 pilot production line experimental platform with the present three autoclaves process continuous polymerization process. Result showed that continuously producing OTT with domestic production line of three autoclaves process was feasible with titanium as catalyst and at PDO/PTA mole ratio of 1.70/1.80, esterifieation temperature of 250 - 260 ℃, polyeondensation temperature of 255 - 265 ℃, and vacuum degree of 1.6 - 2.2 kPa, which could also increase the difference ratio of polyesters.
