摘要
针对孤东油田含油污泥的特点,采用化学破乳的方法对油泥进行了实验研究。结果表明:在温度为70℃~75℃,pH值=10,搅拌速度为2 600 r/min,搅拌时间为10 min,泥水比为1∶5的情况下,破乳剂1与破乳剂3复配,处理效果最佳,其中加入油泥体积3.9%的破乳剂1与0.4%破乳剂3,最高回收率可达到53.4%。该方法适合作为孤东油田含油污泥的处理方法。
Aiming at the quality of oily sludge in Gudong oilfield, which is treated by chemical demulsification process in this study, the results show that the optimal condition of temperature, pH, velocity and time of whisk, ratio of solid to liquid is 70 to 75 degree, 10, 10 min , 2 600 revolutions per minute, 1 : 5. when the demulsife 1 and demulsife 2 volume is 3.9% and 0.4% of the oily sludge volume, 53.4 percent of oil can be recycled from the oily sludge. The chemical demulsification process is suitable for the treatment of oily sludge in Gudong oilfield.
