摘要
现行教育尤其是高等教育在城乡、区域、阶层等方面存在着现实上的不公平。囿于主客观原因,其主要体现为教育权利与机会的不平等以及公共教育资源占有的不平等。而现代远程教育所独具的特性,使其无论在实现教育机会与过程的平等,还是在实现教育结果的平等上都有着突出的作用。为此,大力扶持现代远程教育的快速发展应成为我们目前情境下的首要之选。
Present education, especially higher education, there is factual unfaimess in city and rural area, in different regions and classes. Due to some subjective and objective factors, the inequality is manifested the difference of right in receiving the higher education or chance possessing public educational resources. However, distinctiveness of modem distance education can play a prominent role in achieving both the fairness of educational right and educational results. To this end, it is our first choice to spare great effort to support the rapid development of modem distance education.
