摘要
介绍了由伺服电机驱动的水槽造波机系统的设计。通过对水槽造波机不同安装形式的比较,确定了水槽造波机的安装形式为槽壁式安装。水槽造波机通过交流伺服电机和滚珠丝杠来驱动推波板,通过计算确定滚珠丝杠的规格和选择伺服电机,并对伺服电机的带载能力进行校核。造波机的性能测试验证了设计的造波机系统满足要求。
The design of wave-creator system in flume driven by servomotor was introduced. By means of the comparison on different installing forms of flume wave-creator, the installation form of flume wave-creator was ascertained as the flume-wall typed installa- tion. The wave pushing plate of flume wave creator was driven by way of alternate servomotor and ball screw. The specifications of ball screw were determined and the servomotor was selected by means of calculation, and the load bearing capacity of the servomotor was verified. Property test testified the being designed wave creator system could satisfy the requirements.
