摘要
随着汽车技术的不断发展,发动机电喷系统的结构和控制策略日趋复杂化。详细介绍了基于MC9S12DP256微处理器的电喷汽油发动机工况仿真测试系统原理和方法,系统的组成以及各部分的功能。该系统利用计算机和高性能微机及其接口电路为发动机电子控制单元模拟一个仿真的运行环境。同时,该系统能对发动机ECU运行的相关数据进行测量、记录和分析。实验证明,利用发动机工况实时仿真测试系统进行发动机控制系统的开发能有效地降低开发成本,提高开发效率。
Along with the development automobile technology,the structure and control strategy of the electronic control injection becomes more complex.The principle and method of the electric control injection engine real-time simulation system based on the MC9S12DP256 processor is introduced in this paper,and all the functions,components,realization of the hardware system are explained in detail.This system can simulate the environment of engine by computer,microprocessor and its external circuit board.Correlative data can be got by using this system to test the ECU of engine,and this will reduce the cost and save the time effectively.
