摘要
针对当前国内阀门电动装置控制器自动化水平不高的现状,提出了以AVR单片机ATmega128为核心控制单元的智能化阀门电动装置控制器的设计方案;详细阐述了该控制器系统总体结构和主要硬件及接口设计,对其软件设计和抗干扰措施也进行了扼要的介绍;结合实际运行的情况说明了该方案的正确和可行。
For the state-of-art of the lower level of valve actuator controller, the design scheme of an intelligent valve actuator controller based on ATmega128 is proposed in this paper. The architecture and main hardware and interface of the controller system are presented in detail, furthermore, the software and anti-interference measures are described briefly. Eventually, the practical operational aspect confirms the correctness and feasibility of the scheme.
