氯化器在钾光卤石二次脱水炼镁中的研制及应用

摘要 针对自行研制的氯化器在试生产过程中暴露出的诸多问题,如氯化室熔体渗漏,氯化室内衬耐火材料使用寿命短,导电电极易坏,斜插通氯管出现堵塞,澄清室积渣等,通过分析及多次试验,采用了一种异型、低气孔新材质的耐火材料作为氯化室内衬材料,通过对导电电极、斜插通氯管的结构优化,大胆将氯化室和澄清室底部改用石墨块,较长时期的试生产运行证明,新型炉子的研制是成功的。 The article presents the improvement of self-development chlorinator to solve many problems in trialproduction, such as leakage of melt in chlorination chamber, short life of inner lining refractory material, easier damage of electrode, blockage of oblique-inserted chlorine pipe and deposit of slag in settling chamber. The improvement adopts a kind of new hetero-type refractory material with low stomata as inner lining of the chlorination chamber through analysis and many experiments, replaces the bottom of the chlorination chamber and the settling chamber with graphite block by optimizing the structure of the electrode and oblique-inserted chlorine pipe. It shows that the development of new-type furnace is successful.
