空气波压力治疗仪在治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 【目的】探讨空气波压力治疗仪(IPC)在糖尿病下肢血管病变(PAD)治疗中的作用。【方法】将113例糖尿病足患者分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(61例),两组采用常规降糖并给予前列地尔、维生素B12治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用空气波压力治疗仪(IPC)治疗15 d。观察静息痛、麻木无力、间歇性跛行、行走距离的改善情况,进行组间对比分析和治疗前后自身比较。【结果】治疗组与对照组比较,静息痛、麻木无力、间歇性跛行、行走距离明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后比治疗前显著好转(P<0.05)。【结论】空气波压力治疗仪能明显改善糖尿病下肢血管病变症状。 [Objective]To investigate the efficacy of Intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) on lower limb angiopathies in diabetic patients. [Methods]One hundred and thirteen diabetic patients with lower limber angiopathies were divided into control group( n = 61), regular therapy with alprostadil+VitB12 and treatment group( n = 52), regular therapy+alprostadil+methyl VitB1.2 ,and IPC with a course of 15 days treatment. Before and after treatment , to observe the improving effect of the pain of lower limbs and walking function in diabetic patients with ischemic limbs due to arteriosclerosis obliterans was observed. [Results]After the treat- ment, compared with control group, the rest pain disppeared, numb ameliorated and Intermittent limp were improved significantly in the treatment group( P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]IPC plays a beneficial role on lower limb angiopathies in diabetic patients.
