摘要
目的探讨实时三维成像技术在肠道内肿块诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对18例经手术后病理观察的肠道内肿块患者的实时三维彩色多普勒超声检查结果进行对比分析。结果17例肠道内肿块获得图像清晰、立体感强的窄角实时三维超声图像,术前诊断与手术病理结果相符合,诊断正确率94.4%;误诊1例。结论实时三维成像技术在肠道内肿块诊断中具有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of real time 3-D imaging to the diagnosis of intestinal masses. Methods 18 patients with intestinal mass （aged from 28 to 72 years ）, 12 males and 6 females, were in pathological observation after the surgery. Their results of real time 3-D color Doppler ultrasonography were analyzed, Results Except one case of mistaken diagnosis,17 cases of intestinal masses had clear narrow-angled real time 3-D ultrasonic images. The preoperative diagnosis was consistent with pathological results after operation and the rate of accuracy was 94. 4%. Conclusion The real time 3-D ultrasonic imaging is very useful in the diagnosis of intestinal masses.
