摘要
利用Gleeble 1500热模拟实验机研究了不同等温时间对16Mn和15Mn VN钢γ→α相变的影响,分析了微合金元素V对γ→α相变的影响规律。结果表明:微合金元素的氮化物VN缩短了碳锰钢γ→α相变孕育期,加速了碳锰钢γ→α相变铁素体的形核过程。
The effect of different holding time on the γ→α phase transition of 16Mn and 15Mn VN steel has been studied by thermal simulated testing machine Gleeble 1500, and the effect rule of microalloying element V on the γ→α phase transition has been analyzed in this paper. The results shows that microalloying element VN reduces the incubation period and accelerates the ferrite nucleating process in γ→α phase transition of C - Mn steel.
