摘要
研究用赤泥附液处理含SO2烟气吸收SO2的过程,考察pH、反应时间、脱硫率之间的关系。结果表明,反应时间大约20min,溶液pH≥5,脱硫率达到99.5%。赤泥附液处理含SO2烟气具有脱硫率高、操作控制方便等优点,实现了以废治废,是氧化铝生产过程中废气、废液治理的有效途径。
The adsorption process of SO2 from flue gas with SO2 by wastewater from red mud is investigated, and the relationship among the pH, reaction time and desulfurizing efficiency is described. The results show that the desulfurizing efficiency can be up to 99.5 % under the condition of reaction time 20 minutes and pH value more than 5. The disposal of flue gas with SO2 by wastewater from red mud has many advantages such high desulfurizing rate and convenient operation, and the ideal status of wastes treatment with wastes is achieved in this way, it is an effective to treat waste gas and wastewater from alumina production.
