摘要
抗菌肽广泛存在于多种生物体内,具有广谱抗菌、调节免疫、抑制肿瘤等多种生物学功能。大多数抗菌肽与病原体之间是通过正、负电荷间的相互作用来发挥作用,因此与抗生素类药物相比,其抗菌杀菌作用更加有效,且不易产生耐药性。抗菌肽在禽类体内表达的主要是β-防御素,禽类防御素的生物学活性显示其具有潜在的经济意义,作用机制独特,是目前基因工程研究的热点之一。文章综述了禽类防御素的抗菌作用机理及其原核和真核表达系统研究进展。
Existing comprehensively in various organisms, antimicrobial peptides exhibits a vartety ot too- logical functions including immune regulation, tumor inhibition, and a wide array of antimicrobial activities. Most antibacterial peptides effect on pathogens through the interaction of positive and negative charges, therefore compared with other antibiotic medicines, antimicrobial peptides are more effective and not easy to induce the drug resistance. Defensins discovered in fowls are ususlly β-defensin. It's biological activities indicate a potential of economic significance. The speciality of it's antimicrobial activities has became a focus in genetic engineering. The article summarized the antibacterial mechanisms of avian defensins and the study progress on the prokaryoticand and eukaryotic expression systems of avian defensins.
