摘要
分析了新型行车辅助制动装置—永磁式缓速器制动机理,提出了永磁式缓速器磁路计算模型,由Maxwell方程导出了导体产生电涡流场定解问题。采用有限元法建立了分析模型,通过对有限元分析结果和试验仿真结果进行对比,说明本文的分析模型和计算方法是有效的方法,可用于工程实践。
The braking mechanism of a new auxiliary braking systems(permanent magnet retarder) is analyzed.The computation model of magnetic circuit is proposed.The solving problem of eddy current fields in the moving conductor is induced by the Maxwell equation.The analysis model is established and finite element method is used to analyze magnetic field.The analysis result of finite element method is compared to simulation measurement.The analysis model and the computation method in this paper are effective methods.The methods can be used in engineering practice.
