摘要
针对传统烟叶烘烤过程中供热和通风排湿不易控制、劳动强度大、对温度的调节存在滞后性、控制精度难以达到工艺要求的状况,对烤房进行了改造设计,设计了以智能控制器为核心的智能温度控制系统。结果表明,系统实现了根据烘烤曲线工艺要求对实时监测结果进行智能控制的目标。
Natural ventilating up-draft barn was the main type of curing barn used in the production practices of flue-cured tobacco.This curing barn has the disadvantages of great operation error,ineffective feedback and lagged prospective results,thus it affects the quality of flue-cured tobacco.This paper summarizes and analyses the problems existing in the curing process,and rebuilds curing barn.The temperature control system is designed which hard core is intelligent controller based on domestic and overseas advanced tobacco leaf curing techniques and curing technology offered by tobacco experts.
