摘要 介绍了基于S7-200PLC的电机变频调速试验系统的组成、控制方案及信号处理方法,设计了硬件电路、相关梯形图程序及触摸屏显示程序。调试应用表明,该系统简单、实用。通过该综合设计型试验或课程设计的实践、锻炼,可使学生进一步掌握PLC和变频调速控制系统原理及应用,熟练使用触摸屏,为将来进行相关设计工作打下基础。对其他相关课题也具有很好的借鉴作用和参考价值。 Based on S7-200 PLC, the variable frequency speed-adjusting experiment system is introduced with the constitution and controlling scheme and signal-disposal methods of this system, and the hardware circuit, related trapezoid chart and displaying program of touch screen is designed as well. The debugging results show that the system is simple and practical. Students can better master the rrinciple and the application of PLC and variable frequency speed-adjusting system through the practice and exercise of general designing experiment or curriculum design. Fur- thermore, they can also use the touch screen skillfully, which will lay a good foundation for their future design work in this Filed. The paper proves to be of high value for reference in the other related research.
