摘要
提出了一种功耗低、转换速率高且工作电压范围宽(2.5~5.5V)的高性能误差放大器。采用HSPICE对电路进行模拟,结果表明当工作电压为2.5V时,该放大器的转换速率约为29.4V/us,而静态电流低至16.6uA;在5.5V的工作电压下,放大器的转换速率可高达38.5V/us,静态电流却不超过20uA。
A high-performance error amplifier with low power dissipation, high slew rate and wide supply voltage rage (from 2.5V to 5.5V) is proposed. The simulation results employing HSPICE show when the supply voltage is 2.5V, the slew rate of the amplifier is about 29.4V/us, but its supply current is as low as 16.6uA. When the supply voltage is 5.5V, its slew rate is as high as 38.5V/us, while its supply current is no more than 20uA.
