摘要
针对星载天线展开机构系统设计初期可靠性数据缺乏的情况,提出了系统可靠性分配的未确知方法。在综合评分为权的系统可靠性加权分配法的基础上,将未确知信息引入可靠性分配的权系数矩阵中,建立了星载天线展开机构系统可靠性分配的未确知模型。利用未确知有理数的运算规则,推导出系统可靠性分配的未确知权系数表达式。最后,以某星载天线展开机构系统为实际算例,给出系统可靠性分配的可能值和可信度的计算结果和对应不同累积可信度的分配结果,表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
For the shortage of the system reliability data in the initial stages of the design of spaceborne antenna deployment mechanism, a unascertained method for the system reliability allocation is proposed. This method is based on the weight allocation method. Through introducing the unascertained information into the matrix of weight coefficients, a unascertained model for the reliability allocation of spaceborne antenna deployment mechanism is built. By the arithmetic operation rules of unascertained rational number, the expression of unascertained weight coefficient is derived. The reliability allocation of a spacebome antenna deployment mechanism is given as an example. The pos- sible reliability values and faith degrees of the system are obtained. The rationality and validity of the presented method are demonstrated.
