摘要
遗传学是生命科学的重要理论基础,是生物科学的核心;普通遗传学融合了经典遗传学、细胞遗传学、分子遗传学和数量遗传学的核心内容,是药学生学习其它相关学科的重要基础理论。在学时数有限的情况下,结合药学院校的特点,对教学内容进行选择和设计,宗旨是体现学生的主体作用,引导学生思考,锻炼学生运用遗传学知识解决问题的能力。
Genetics is an important principle of life science, and it is also a core science of Biology; General Genetics ineludes the core part of Classical Genetics, Cell Genetics, Molecular Genetics and Quantitative Genetics, and it is an important basic principle for pharmaceutical students studying corresponding subjects. Under the condition of limited-time, combing the characteristic of pharmaceutical university, the author selectes and designs to fulfil the teaching objectives. A well organized teaching program can greatly facilitate the students＇ understanding of Genetics knowledge, solve their problems, and allow them to create their own abilities to research.
