摘要
在动态有限元理论的基础上,建立Consteel电弧炉炼钢中的水冷拖板内腔冷却水流动的有限元模型,对水冷拖板中冷却水进行了流速分析和热分析。研究结果表明:在每一块隔板与壁相接之处开一小孔,可以明显改善水流死角;将圆管的直角过渡改成圆角过渡,可以消除水流死角;改善冷却水水质,无水垢时圆管壁最里面到最外面的温度由61.91~83.48℃下降到61.18~67.12℃。
Based on dynamic finite element method, a finite element model of cooling water flow in cavity of water cooling carriage for Consteel EAF has been established to carried out the flow velocity analysis and thermal analysis on cooling water in water cooling carriage. Research results show that the dead space of water flow can obviously be improved by opening a small hole at joint place of each clapboard and wall; the dead space of water flow may be eliminated by changing the fight angle transition to round angle transition; and the temperature of round tube wall from inside to outside decreases from 61.91 -83.48 ℃ to 61.18 -67. 12 ℃ by improving the quality of cooling water without scale.
