摘要
针对细长轴在机械加工中刚性差、易变形、振动大等特点,从减少由于切削热引起的热变形伸长量、增加细长轴刚性、减小车削时的振动等方面介绍了车削加工中预防细长轴变形的措施。
Thin-long shafts have bad rigidity, are easy to distort, and vibrate hard when machined. Aimed at these problems, a method of preventing from thin-long shafts＇ distortion when lathe machining is introduced in the aspects of reducing thermal distortion, increasing shafts＇ rigidity, weakening turning vibration, etc.
