种苗大小对当归综合农艺性状及抽苔率的影响 被引量:28

摘要 通过原产地大田试验,研究了种苗大小对当归生长发育及综合农艺性状的影响.结果表明:在当归生长前期,种苗越大生长速度越快;而在当归生长的中后期,中种苗生长速度较快.大种苗和中种苗的芦头径比小种苗的增大了2.83%和8.48%;侧根数分别增大了8.32%和5.07%;当归的主根长分别增加76.02%和88.50%.种苗大小对当归抽苔率有极为明显的影响,种苗越大抽苔率越高.综合分析后认为,当归栽培宜采用中种苗,即苗重0.88 g/株、侧根数1.1条/株、主根长14.5 cm左右的种苗,这是实现当归高产、优质、高效生产目的的有效途径之一. The effects of seedling size on the comprehensive agricultural characteristics and early bolting rate of Angelica sinensis were detected on the basis of field test in the native area. The results showed that at the early growth stage,the bigger the seedling size of Angelica sinensis was, middle and later growth stage of Angelica sinensis,medium seedling grew faster. Sid the faster it grew. At e root number of Angelica sinensis was positively correlated to seedling size. With the increase of seedling size, side root number increased gradually, th cantly. While the seedl ereby ing si influenced the grade and economic performances of Angelica sinensis signifize of Angelica sinensis was medium, the yield was highest. Proper seedling size of Angelica sinensis played an important role in improving yield. Different seedling size of Angelica sinensis had different early bolting rate.
