摘要
对中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司乙烯裂解加氢装置脱C_5系统的腐蚀现状进行了调查和腐蚀机理分析,查明腐蚀部位主要集中在回流管线的弯头及焊缝部位,其特征为孔蚀。该公司经过实验室对比评价试验,筛选出了JYH-2003和SL-60两种缓蚀剂并于2005年4月进行了工业应用试验。结果表明:JYH-2003在流量为1.1kg/h左右的情况下,可使回流罐冷凝水的pH值稳定在8.0~10,并使系统铁离子质量浓度稳定在100mg/L左右,使腐蚀得到了有效控制。
The status quo of corrosion in the depentanizer of hydrotreating unit in ethylene cracker of CNPC Dushanzi Petrochemical Company was investigated and corrosion mechanism analyzed. It was found out that the corrosion mainly occurred on the elbows and welds of reflux lines and the corrosion is pit corrosion. Through the evaluation tests in the laboratory, two corrosion inhibitors i.e. JYH - 2003 and SL- 60 were screened and applied on the commercial unit in April, 2005. The commercial operation showed that, the JYH - 2003 inhibitor could maintain the pH value of condensate from reflux drum at 8.0 - 10 and iron ion at about 100 mg/L at a flowrate of 1.1 kg/h of JYH - 2003. The corrosion has been effectively controlled.
