摘要
利用不完全双列杂交分析了8个小麦品种淀粉糊化特性参数的一般配合力、遗传参数的估计及参数之间的相关性。结果表明,糊化特性参数间具有较高的一般配合力和遗传力,糊化性状参数以加性遗传为主,显性作用不明显;除稀懈值外,各糊化参数母本的一般配合力方差大于父本的一般配合力方差,应注重母本选择力度;8个小麦品种中周麦11、偃展4110、郑麦9023的峰值粘度一般配合力较高,可作为选育面条优质麦的优良亲本。
Used 16 F1 hybrids derived from incomplete diallel cross with 8 wheat varieties, the general combining ability and genetic parameter and heritability of starch pasting characteristics were analyzed with purpose of providing information for noodle wheat breeding. The results showed that general combining ability and heritability were very high among starch pasting characteristics, parameter, starch pasting characteristics of wheat was mainly controlled by additive, dominance effect was unremarkably; male material general combining ability were higher than female material one, so heredity of wheat starch pasting characteristics tend to male material; Peak viscosity was a very important index in noodle wheat breeding, Among eight varieties ,the general combining ability of peak viscosity of Zhoumai11 Yanzhan4110, Zhengmai9023 were higher than the others, Therefore, they were good parents for noodle wheat breeding.
