摘要
自我同一性是埃里克森人格理论的重要概念。正确分析大学生自我同一性缺失状态下就业的心理障碍,指导大学生客观地认识社会、认识自己,及时调整自己的就业期待,做好充分的就业心理准备,促使大学生的人格得到健全的发展,对大学生的就业有着重要的作用。
Serf- identity is an important concept of E. H. Erikson theory. So it is incumbent on the educators in colleges to correctly analyze the graduates＇ psychological problems in employment guide them to objectively perceive the society and know themselves, so as to adjust their own employment expectation, prepare them with good and healthy employment psychology, and eultivate the personality of college stu- dents. It will play an important role towards employment of College Students.
