急诊胃镜治疗急性非曲张静脉破裂上消化道出血102例分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的:观察评价内镜注射肾上腺素及热探头热凝疗法对上消化道非曲张静脉破裂出血的疗效。方法:对102例上消化道活动性出血患者(12例Mallory-Weiss综合征,30例胃溃疡,54例十二指肠球部溃疡,6例Dieulafoy′s病)进行局部注射肾上腺素及热探头热凝治疗。结果:102例患者经首次治疗后,有86例(84.3%)出血停止(消化性溃疡74/84,Dieulafoy′s病2/3,贲门黏膜撕裂2/3),再出血率21.6%(22/102),手术率为13.4%(14/102),无死亡发生。结论:局部注射肾上腺素及热探头热凝法是治疗上消化道非静脉曲张破裂出血的有效手段。
