摘要
株洲枢纽船闸坐落在泥岩基础上,且底板混凝土安排在气温高的夏季施工,因此混凝土的温控问题十分突出。根据混凝土底板实际施工条件,初步拟定了温控措施,并采用有限元方法对船闸底板施工期的实时温度场和温度应力场进行仿真计算,比较这些温控措施的效果,最后推荐了综合温控措施。该建议已被设计和施工所采纳,实施效果表明,综合温控措施是有效的。该研究成果可为类似工程设计、施工提供参考。
According to the construction schedule of Zhuzhou Junction's shiplock which is built on the mudstone foundations, the concrete construction was implemented in July and August, when the temperature is high. So, the concrete temperature control is an important problem. Considering the project's scale and construction conditions, the paper advises the composite temperature control measures, and analyzes their effect by using FEM to simulate the temperature field and thermal stress field in the shiplock floor. The advices have been adopted by the design and construction units and the practical effect is satisfied. The results can be used for the design and construction of concrete lock.
