摘要
介绍了引起电机参数变化的因素,定性和定量分析了定子磁链观测器的u-i模型和i-ωr模型。根据高速时u-i模型观测精度高,低速时i-ωr模型观测精度相对较高的特点,将定子磁链u-i模型和i-rω模型综合在一起。高速时u-i模型起主要作用,低通滤波器将i-rω模型的观测值滤除。低速时i-rω模型起主要作用,高通滤波器将u-i模型的观测值滤除。并且通过设置这两个滤波器的转折频率相同,实现了模型之间的平滑过渡。仿真结果表明定子磁链的观测精度得到提高。
The factors which cause the changes of motor parameters were introduced, and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed the stator flux estimator, u-i model and i-ωr model. Based on the characters that u-i model is accurate in high speed and i-ωr model is relatively accurate in low speed, the two models are integrated together, u-i model works in high speed and the estimated value of i-ωr model is filtered by low pass filter, i-ωr model works in low speed and the estimated value of u-i model is filtered by high pass filter. By setting the same cut-off frequency of the two filters, the two models can transit smoothly. The simulation result indicates that the accuracy of stator flux estimator is improved.
