摘要
研究铁路货车轴承的非线性特性,针对轴承的不同状态,对测量的时间序列计算其最大李雅普诺夫指数,结果表明:不同故障状态下的最大李雅普诺夫指数不同,因此可以把最大李雅普诺夫指数作为判别轴承故障的特征量。
The nonlinear behavior of roiling bearing is studied. The Lyapunov exponent is estimated from an experimental time series based on its different state. The experimental results show that the Lyapunov exponent is different for the different state and can be used as characteristics for recognizing the rolling bearing's fault. The rule for fault diagnosis of rolling bearing is extracted by using Lyapunov exponent.
