摘要
基于脉宽调制(PWM)波形的频谱理论分析,针对交流伺服电机实现速度闭环控制需要(±10)V模拟信号输入的要求,设计了一种基于PWM滤波的(±10)V模拟信号输出的电路.通过对PWM信号整形隔离,再经过一个三阶滤波器滤波,偏置电路以及放大电路实现了最终的目的.实践证明,该设计方案可以得到稳定、精确的模拟信号输出.设计方案简单易行,性价比高,具有一定的通用性.
After the analysis of the spectrum theory of PWM ( pulse width modulation) waves, we designed a ( ±10V) simulated signal output circuit based on PWM filtering in accordance with the requirement of ( ±10V) simulated signal input in speed closed-loop control with alternating servo motor. The converter was implemented by using a PWM signal reshaping isolator, a three-staged filter, bias circuit and amplifier circuit. Practical application proves that the proposed design generates steady and precise simulated signal output. Moreover, the design scheme is simple and of high performance-to-price ratio, so it has certain versatility.
