摘要
从影响基地级修理能力的主要因素出发,建立了比较全面的评价指标体系。在进行修理能力评价时,针对常权综合方法难以体现决策者对决策因素惩罚或激励性的要求,提出了一种基于层次变权的模糊评价模型。实例分析和计算结果表明,该评价模型合理、有效、可行。
According to the primary factors that influence the depot-level repair ability, this paper establishes a relatively comprehensive system of evaluating guideline. As for the constant right synthesis cannot satisfy the punitive or stimulant requirements of decision-makers about decision-making factors in the process of estimating repair ability, a fuzzy evaluating model based on hierarchy variable weight is put forward. Then the evaluating model is proved to be reasonable, effective and feasible by analyzing and calculating with examples.
