肝移植术后胆漏的治疗 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨肝移植术后胆漏的治疗方法。方法:对我院2000年1月至2006年3月进行的82例原位肝移植中术后出现胆漏的11例病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:肝移植术后胆漏发生率为13%,其中男7例,女4例,平均年龄(42±9.5)岁,胆漏发现时间(22±9.5)d。在11例发生胆漏的病人中,9例病人治疗有效,胆漏愈合,1例好转,1例死于严重感染导致的肝功能衰竭。结论:应根据具体情况,对肝移植术后胆漏病人采用不同的治疗方式。
