摘要 阐述了当处于低温环境时,手会出现血管扩张(cold induced vasodilatation,CIVD)以及组织温度会在一定范围内出现振荡的现象,此现象的研究可广泛用于南极考察、登山、寒冷地区、航空航天和低温医学等低温环境下的热防护和手动作业。本文通过对组织结构热特性、血液循环、人体热调节系统和作业工效等方面研究的分析,指出手部低温热生理研究中的成功和不足之处,并提出了系统地描述手部的低温热生理现象的基本思路,将有助于生物医学、传热学和工效学的相互交融,促进手的热生理研究纵深发展。 The phenomenon, which vasodilatation and tissue temperature oscillation will befallen in some range, was expatiated, when under cold environment. Its research can largely applied to manual performance and thermal protection under cold environment such as cold area, spaceflight and avigation, and low temperature medicine. The success and deficiency of the research of manual thermal physiology was indicated, through the analysis about the tissue thermcharacteristic and blood cycle and human thermoregulation and ergonomics. The basic idea, which describes the manual cool physiology, was provided. This review is attempt to bridge up the gap among bioengineering, heat transfer and ergonomics field, and then to enhance the rapid progress of thermal physiology.
