摘要
土地利用规划会对社会经济的发展和生态环境产生深刻的影响,在规划编制过程中进行环境影响评价是十分必要的。阐述了土地利用规划环境影响评价的内涵及其内容,探讨了土地利用规划环境影响评价指标体系的构建和评价方法的确定,最后以武汉市黄陂区为例进行了土地利用规划环境影响评价指标体系的构建与应用分析。
The land use planning may have great influences on the social-economical development and the ecological environment,and it is necessary to carry out Environmental Impact Assessment（EIA） in the process of land use planning.This paper studied the signification and content of EIA on land use planning,and then discussed the index system and methods of EIA on land use planning.Finally,Huangpi district of Wuhan city was taken as a case to study.
