人工种植牙相关的上颌末端牙槽骨的锥束CT测量研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:测量上颌末端牙槽骨相关数据,为此区人工种植牙种植提供参考依据。方法:用颌面专用锥束CT测量50名志愿者:男性26例(16-74岁);女性24例(19-78岁)上颌末端牙槽骨6个标志点,四条线距的长度。结果:离上颌窦最近处牙槽骨的高度:9.08±4.37mm;上颌末端牙槽骨的长度:16.13±5.76mm;上颌牙槽骨最末端点与上颌窦的距离:14.32±4.87mm,以上各数据在志愿者左右两侧和不同性别间数值差异均无显著性。上颌牙槽嵴最末端点到翼上颌联合的最下点的距离AB在受检者左右两侧差异均无显著性,但不同性别的数值差异有显著性,男、女分别为:8.92±2.54mm、7.11±2.67mm。结论:研究结果初步为在上颌末端牙槽骨进行种植提供了依据,为种植体数目及确定其相对位置与方向提供参考。 Objective: To study the bone anatomic structure of the maxillary distale alveolar bone and provide reference for implant surgery in this region. Methods: Cone beam 3D CT soft-ware quantitative measurements of the maxillary distale alveolar bone were performed in 50 volunteer: (26 from male with 16-74 age and 24 from female with 19-78 age). Results: DE, the height of the maxillary alveolar bone which was nearest to maxillary sinus, was 9.08 ± 4.37mm, AF. The length of the maxillary distal alveolar bone, was 16.13 ± 5.76mm, AC, the distance of maxillary distal alveolar bone endpoint to maxillary sinus was 14.32 ± 4.87mm. There were no significant differences (P〉0.05) in meaning ± standard deviation on different side and different gender of volunteer. The distance of AB, the maxillary distal alveolar bone endpoint to the lowest point of pterygomaxillary junction were 8.92 ± 2.54mm in male and 7.11 ± 2.67mm in female. There were no significant differences(P〉 0.05) on different side but had significant differences (P〈0.01 = in different gender of volunteer. Conclusion: Our study could evaluate the feasibility of implanting in the maxillary distal alveolar bone and provide references for the number of choices and relative position and orientation of implants.
