摘要
在考虑齿轮啮合刚度、啮合阻尼以及轴承刚度的情况下,使用集总参数法,建立了三轴式内齿行星齿轮减速器的弹性动力学模型,求解出不同内齿板结构下系统的固有频率及动力学响应。研究发现,在相同内齿板厚度、不同安装方式下,系统的固有频率非常接近;不平衡质量引起的惯性力不但会引起弯曲振动,还会引起扭转振动;具有三相内齿板的减速器动力学性能最好。
Considering the meshing stiffness and damping of the gear pairs and stiffness of the bearings, the dynamics governing equations of an inner planetary gear reducer with three axes were established based on the lumped mass method. According to the different constructions, which have different numbers of inner planetary gears, the natural frequency and mass unbalance response of the reducer were investigated. It is found that the natural frequency of the reducer with different numbers of inner planetary gears has almost the same frequency value. Mass unbalance force can result in bending vibrations and twisting vibrations. When the reducer has three inner planetary gears, its dynamics characteristics will be improved.
