摘要
通过对含硫超深井试气技术九个难点详细分析,提出以下解决方案:①含硫超深井的试气,必须采取综合防腐措施;②超深井试气施工设计、工具选用、资料录取等各个环节要严格按照高温、高压、防H2S的有关要求和技术规程进行;③试气难度最大的是关井求压;④须对下井工具和井下油套管的力学性能进行理论分析与计算。该方案为含硫超深井试气研究提供了借鉴。
By analyzing 9 difficulties in super deep gas well containing sulfur gas and some solutions are presented below, which are: ①the synthesis anticorrosion method must be taken during the testing; ②very link of the operation design, the tool selection, the material enrollment and so on must strictly conducted according to the related request and the technical regulations for the high temperature, the high pressure, guard against H2S; ③the most difficulty of the gas test is to confirm the closed pressure; 4. the mechanical properties of the down-hole tool and tube should be carried on the theoretical analysis and the computation. This plan provides a reference for studying super-deep well containing H2S.
